In order to ensure the safe operation of the tower crane, it is necessary to carry out regular repair and daily maintenance of the tower crane equipment. Inspect and clean gear of reducer, adjust gear clearance; Clean the gear of open type transmission and apply grease after adjustment; Check and adjust the slewing support device; Check and adjust brakes and safety devices; Check the wear of the hook, pulley and wire rope, and adjust, repair and change if necessary.
