In order to prevent the inner and outer layer separation phenomenon,design and production should be considered Inside and outside layer stranded rope torque phase is equal.
1:  lay should different between inner and outer.
2: each layer wire rope structure and diameter can be the same or different, but the cord should be the same tree
3: if used different diameter wire to made non-rotating wire rope,large diameter wire should be used for outer layer,to increased the outer layer wire rope abrasion resistance and rigidness.
4.according to sum  of the inne&outer wire rope combined balance conditionto calculate the twist parameters,in order to prevent  delamination phenomenon,can be appropriately reduce the inner cord length of lay,about 15% to 20%,to increase the inner cord of torque.
5.Circular strand instead of abnormity,to increased drum and wire rope and the rope wheel support area.
