The first shovel wire rope export to South American
The first shovel wire rope export to South American 2018-08-04 At 8:30 on 3th August, Aulone Construction Machinery held a brief and grand delivery ceremony. The first batch of compacted plastic shovel wire ropes exported to South America and Chile began to be shipped. A total of 26 piece of shovel wire ropes, weighing 60 tons, will be shipped from Shanghai Port and shipped to Chile by sea.
The high-quality delivery of the first batch of electric shovel wire ropes opened the curtain for the export of wire ropes in the South American market, further expanding the popularity of the “aulone” wire rope and effectively improving the profitability of the wire rope. This is another achievement that aulong has achieved in depth in implementing its international development strategy and actively exploring overseas markets.
Shovel wire ropes are widely used in the exploitation of open pit mines. Since the wire rope mainly bears the lifting effect, it is subjected to a strong impact load in the shovel hoisting work, and therefore, the wire rope is required to have a strong fatigue resistance. The shovel wire rope exported this time is designed as a full-line contact structure, and is produced by advanced techniques such as compaction and plastic coating. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, large section filling coefficient, large breaking force value of the whole rope, good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, good pressure resistance and impact resistance, and long service life.
