1. Wire rope unwind and installation, In order to prevent the wire rope twist structure damage,correct method should be adopted,in addition, in the steel wire rope winding drum to equipment,be careful don't  make the steel wire rope with sand surface,so as not to aggravate wear, affect the service life of wire rope.follow the right way to put a wire rope avoid a kink.

5. Wire rope winding on spool should be neat,chaos is not allowed,otherwise will cause the wire rope work have serious extrusion bite and bruised,affect the service life of the wire rope.

6. New wire ropes after "break-in" can improve the service life of wire rope;Wire rope in use at the same time also need to be as uniform as possible,slow loading,unloading,avoid excessive impact load cause damage to the steel wire rope.


7. When using wire rope should pay special attention to in the process of drilling wire rope accurately calculate distance,excessive shall not be put on the rope,to prevent the wire rope in flabby condition around and cause structural damage to the whole cable scrap.


8 "bit rope" occurred is often seen in the rotary drilling rig work of special circumstances,it is suggest to  check and reinforce lubricant on "bit rope" regularly.If the wire rope eventually scrap reason is due to "bite" caused wire rope broken wires, broken stocks , Its need to improve the drum,or use of the extended length of wire rope order for cutting line operation, to avoid the same place a long time "bite" and early scrapped.after the wire rope in use, performance will gradually decrease.after a period of time using new wire ropes  should often check the wire rope that is easy damaged parts.if steel wire rope "bite rope" part, drum lower wire rope,intense shock occurs through the pulley in wire rope and in and out drum steel wire rope parts etc, should be checked to provide basis for rational of safe use wire rope.

9. Broken wire processing: when wire rope broken wires still need to be used, broken wires shall be handled in time.Can use wire clamps broken wires in the head,bent over and over again to the steel wire before and after the break.through such processing,steel wire breakage will be clamped between the strands of rope,wire rope use will not cause harm.


10.
