General content

6. Operators engaged in installation must undergo safety technical training and pass the examination and obtain the qualification certificate before they can engage in installation operations.

1. Before the operation, the captain should assign their respective work content and take their own responsibilities.
2. Operators must wear safety belts in front of the tower crane boom.
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw materials, workpieces, and high-altitude appliances from a height to the bottom to prevent objects from falling and hurting people.
4. In the process of laying the wire ropes, there must be a special person responsible for guarding the construction area, setting up a cordon, and prohibiting idlers from staying.
5. The steel wire rope and the drum should be firmly connected, and the wire rope should be prevented from looping, kinking, bending and messy rope when retracting and unwinding the wire rope.
6. The length of the rope clamp from the rope head shall not be less than 140mm. The rope clamp saddle (splint) should be on the side of the steel wire rope bearing the force, and the "U" bolt should be at the end of the steel wire rope. After the rope clamp is fixed, the steel wire rope should be tightly tightened after being stressed, and tightened to make the diameter of the two ropes flatten by 1/3.
7. Pay special attention to whether there are any obvious changes in the fixed parts of the wire rope on the machine. Ensure the safe use of the wire rope.
8. After installation, the full length of the wire rope should be inspected, paying special attention to the following parts: the beginning and end of the wire rope fixed and moving; the rope section passing through the pulley block or bypassing the pulley; in the case of repeated operations of the mechanism, special attention should be paid The mechanism bypasses any part of the pulley during hoisting.
9.?In the process of replacing the wire rope; the operator must carefully check each process, and illegal operations are strictly prohibited.

1. When winding the wire rope on the rotating drum, do not use your hands or feet to guide the wire rope.
2. It must be strictly in accordance with the newly revised GB/T5972-2016 "Practical Code for Wire Rope Inspection and Discarding for Lifting Machinery".
