Hauling ropes

Compacted ropes
Versus conventional ropes, the properties of these wire ropes give the best minimum breaking load ratio for a given diameter, increased breaking load size for size, or reduced size for an equivalent minimum breaking load, greater surface area and reduced contact pressure, increased internal contact area, improved rope fatigue life, improved dynamic operation conditions, minimised oscillation and vibrations.

Widely and successfully used for many applications in the industry, this new concept consists of compacting the strands, resulting in additional improvements of special ropes working under severe stresses.

FCL track ropes
High quality and performance track ropes for cableways, with two to four layers of Z-wires, and extremely tight requirements concerning rope straightness, in order to ensure smooth travel of the cable cars, even at high speed.
