The diameter of the wire rope shall not be larger than 1/60~80 of the coil diameter. The reason for the deviation of the drum wire rope of the tower crane hoist is: the tower cap wheel is not at a vertical angle of 90 degrees to the center of the drum, and the wire rope runs in the direction of the corner, that is, the angle less than 90° is close to the tower cap wheel, and cannot run far; Move the wire rope to the side of the deviation (left side) to the tail end of the balance arm, or move it to the right direction of the tower cap, both of which can be corrected by one-point at the same time.
The rotor wheel is the maximum inner diameter of the steel rope, and the camber angle cannot exceed 1°30°. When single winding, the internal declination should ensure that the rope does not bite. Some tower cap wheels use "pulleys", which are not enough to swing from side to side. First of all, let's talk about the serious reasons why the roller bites the rope: ①The rope and the drum are seriously inclined and wound. ②: The wire rope path problem of the drum (the rotation degree is not high during production, and as a result, the rope is too tight and the rope bite phenomenon occurs) ③: The wire rope has less oil pollution!
Solution: ① Increase the fixed rope facilities. Rope row can only solve the slight rope bite phenomenon! Some equipment can only increase the guide rope and rope row device. ②Change the roll (this - the reason rarely happens) ③Regular maintenance (use good oil) The luffing drum bites the rope in the following cases: Please pay attention to check the angle between the drum and the arm root wheel. There is no vertical relationship between the hoisting arm and the drum (about 85°~87°). If there is a vertical angle, the curled rope will jump to the "rope path" and quickly enter the drum Therefore, the rope capacity of the reel is insufficient, and the wire rope "stomps up". The solution is to adjust the angle between the luffing mechanism and the arm root wheel.
